” Bolehkah polis mengambil/meminta I/C anda tanpa sebab?”
” Polis berpakaian biasa cuba menahan anda, apa reaksi sepatutnya?

Walaupun dah terang terang takde unsur Black Metal apa semua, namun masih dipandang serong! Pelbagai fitnah serta tomahan terus dilemparkan! Macam sial bukan? Hahahahahaha

x sabar menunggu jawapannya ya..damm ur police.

From the Centre for Independent Journalism :

Alert: Media ethics lacking in coverage of ‘Black Metal’ raid

The Centre for Independent Journalism is strongly concerned about the use of the media to harass and intimidate detainees arrested following a raid on New Year’s Eve. Six young detainees, subsequently released without charge, were paraded in front of a media conference by the police, and subject to intense, hostile questioning by journalists. This contravenes both human rights principles and principles of ethical journalism.

On New Year’s Eve, Malaysian police conducted a raid at a punk rock concert on the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur, accompanied by reporters. Posters, banners and audio equipment were seized, and young people both inside the venue, standing outside the venue and those in nearby coffee shops were arrested. According to those arrested and friends who were in touch with them via handphones, they were informed that this was because they had attended an unlicensed concert, but were later informed that it was because they were indecent in a public place.

Police informed the media that around 380 youths were arrested. Of these, six were asked by the police to talk to the media. One of those who spoke, but doesn’t want to be named, said that she felt that they had no choice but to obey the police officers. She also said that the media did not appear to want to hear their side of the story, and that they were not given a fair hearing.

The police could not be reached for comment.

This is degrading treatment of detainees that the media colluded in, violating fundamental human dignity, the right of interviewees to answer questions freely and without fear, and an invasion of privacy. CIJ demands that the media abide by international ethical principles for journalists, as encapsulated in the National Union of Journalists and the Malaysian Press Institute’s codes of ethics.

just wondering la eh, since i was not the one yg kena tangkap and attend the gig (was there but no intention to get in la), i might not be the right person to raise the issue, maybe it had even be settled down, but as i’m curious, i just want to know la, where are those people behind dyslexia for all this while ya? i heard that they are the real organizer (nah..i don’t know, it might be rumours?) but when the place was raided, the no. 1 guy was there, not in the balai, but outside waiting for the others. it was ok. then esoknya bila time conference, yeah…there was this wakil for the organizer, still ok. but until now, i’m just curious what happen to all the money collected from the sponsorship (each sponsor pays rm200 mind you!) and from the tickets rm15 each (come with cabutan bertuah as metro quote, bodoh la paper ni). did you paid paul for the rental (50-50 or 60-40 deals?), did u paid mokthar for his equipment (heard his equipment still in the balai, duh…jahanam, mahal2 belaka tu)? or do u still keep the money? nak refund or anything? well, i have no buruk2 intention / prasangka towards organizer but i think this need some explaination rite? some kind of post-mortem etc… maybe blh redakan confusion di kalangan mereka yg hadir. to fight an evil we must first understand the basic element of living, responsibility, tanggungjawab, if we have the sense of tanggungjawab, i think we could (although it takes 100years) fight the tyrants.

dean, soon to be capilatist, yehaa! 😉

  15. bongkok says:

errr….so apa kesudahannya ek sesudah segala bantahan diberikan kepada pihak foolish mengenai kes ni? macam never ending story jeks…kalau ada berita terbaru, bgtau la aku k?

    Dear sir,
Good day you, i watch news, read papers and other stories regarding the murder of two chinese women And i ask; How can you police rely on the information given by 4 & 6years old children to detain someone without your own proper investigation,,,,, I think that the killer must touch corps, foot print and palm are they not enough to dictate? The arm use to kill the said ladies can also use to know who the murder is. Please let justice rule. This incident have to happened in the 4th floor in a flat of four flats and the accuser living in 2nd floor.
Sir it will be wise if you and your office look into this properly and let there be justice.
    Thank you.
