The New Wave of the Grave New Beat – Volume 1 Compilation CD – Out Now!
A brand new compilation CD out of Scotland, featuring our good friends THISCLOSE (Roddy & Monkey of ATOMGEVITTER) and BROKEN BRAINS (Scottish Japcore enthusiasts with a GISM fetish); at least those are the two bands we know which are nestling among the 12 bands in total.
Not sure if this is right, but I suspect this is a compilation of tracks by bands who are touched and inspired the more metal-era end of DISCHARGE, thus the term “The Grave New Beat”; but I may be wayyy off the mark there.
