Ok, saya ada satu pengakuan … saya selalunya baca pasal global warming/climate change dari blog/website orang putih, e.g worldchanging.com, realclimate.org. Reaksi saya selalunya sama: rasa sedih, bimbang, etc. etc. tapi lepas beberapa hari (kadang2 beberapa jam) saya lupa langsung…

well, truly i have learn a lot of thing from past of my life.. maybe some people do think it was just a “news” but they never ever thinking about the effect that they would received from that.. oh my goodnes, is the environment should be like this? and i have learn some of the subject matter called as intergrated environment planning management.. thus it make me thinking, am i do study this subject is just for learning only? am i do study the subject just as to complete my bachelors degre? is myself encourage the information on what i’ve study? it’s still questioning me until now.. and i’m still discover why it still happen? yeah, a lot of people do say, save the environment.. stop the pollution.. keep our river clean and so on but the act are rarely to be taken as a part of their life.. did they notice all of climates changes that they face everyday, every minutes, even every second.. did they feel how ‘hot’ they are when they walk around? people, while we do say all those nice words and we never applied to do it all on ourself means we are not like to learn anything about life.. some people do deny me why i’m not smoke any cigarrates? and they began laughing at me.. i have my own reason for all of these.. it’s caused by the smoke doesn’t fit with myself and the main reason is while you’re smoke it will pollute the people around you and at the same time the environment will get harm from you.. so i did rather to stop all those matter apart from myself, the small scale.. while some of us may say; “sorry, it’s not my task to do all cleaning” or any type a couch of potatoes activity which means we are being as lazy as we are and become very tidy people /community.. okay, imagine if you are being tidy and all people around you have same attitude.. so what will going on? u will get the answers right.. from now do clean up yourself, your own places, your own house, your own room, etc etc to ensure that the environment never harm.. then we can start with the big scale.. from the development which also bring a lot of problem to the flora and fauna that live together in the biosphere.. we are not only talk about global warming, global sink, pollution in europe, pollution in u.s or chernobyls’ radioactive pollution, but we did talk about ourself.. yes, if we are not contribute a lot of polluiton, maybe the world never being like this.. yes, we can do the development but we need to being carried with the need of environment because we need the environment and the environment need us too.. it’s mean the relationship of us and the environment are stronger over the million years existence of human and galaxy.. the digging, mining, construction, industry activity etc etc that can give an effect to environment should be controlled plus they should known on what they did and what the effect they will receive now and future.. and i’m sure one day you will pay to get the clean oxygen to breath if we are never take any step to care our environment and our life.. the flora and fauna will reduced drasticly and none of next generation will see it lively.. only the android and mechanical fauna/flora will replace for those missing previous generations.. and the gaskmask will be with us forever because we are shortage with the clean air and water..

p/s; sorry for the silly language that has been written in here, maybe it’s coming from the low type mind of myself.. 😛

I’m guilty of the above. I smoke. I eat meat. I throw the occassional cigarette butts of of my girlfriend’s car. Of course, I did it all not without the feeling of guilt though.

Recently we discovered a supermarket in Bangsar which sells this huge green bag for groceries, meaning that carrying that bag with you for shopping will reduce your wasteful nature of taking everything back in loads of useless and non-biodegradable plastic bags. And so we bought two of em and started to use it whenever we go to the supermart. Pretty handy. We’ve also started to separate the trash in our house a bit. Glass bottles and cans in different boxes; the problem there is that we don’t have separate recyclable bins outside of our house.

When the Japanese fastcore band Vivisick came here and stayed at my place, the vocalist gave me this small plastic pouch which is lined with aluminium on the inside. It’s used to store your cigarette butts! Ingenious idea that one. What you do is carry that small pouch everywhere you go and stub the cigarettes inside there, instead of throwing it around. Problem is I always forgot to bring it along with me!

Anyway, I’m trying hard to get out of those bad habits and will continue on doing so.

    cheers,

    Joe

hye mr joe, yeah you are right.. i agree with your statement.. i’m also did sperate the trash but as what you say, the huge problem is no any seperate recycle bin.. actually most of those bins are put somewhere as local authority call it attraction place.. but totally i’m not agree with them because they should put it at the reseidential area where people staying and socialising.. and i’m also notice since my primary, i’ve never been told how to seperate those trash and how to throw thrash at the right bin.. as people says, the experience is great teacher of life.. huhuhu, while i’m goin’ chill out to some of famous places and low-profile places, i did see the differences between managament especially the cleanliness management.. i mean, the authority more concern to care the most valuable places rather than the lowest one.. of course the profits will go their pockets.. actually, our government did realise the environment is harm but they still allow the forestry activity as what have happen to Belum forest.. and i have visit my site study area at Hulu Langat which is lack of green area and for people who love to swim at the Sungai Gabai Waterfall is never like a few days back.. the water flow slowly and look like it will dead anytime soon.. ha! you know what have happen to the residential area at cheras?.. yes, the landslope.. most of resident are afraid about it and it’s look like the tragedy of Highland Tower Condominium will happen again.. a few month back, Shah Alam got a big flood.. KL? no need to tell (so get ready with your life jacket when walk around KL.. :P).. and there’s a lot of mistake that we make on this world.. and then we still cross the finger to ecah other because we are never realise that is our fault.. the fault we made from our attitude which exist with greediness..

p/s; sorry again for unintelligent statement from me, i’m so small in this world..

Benar…masa merubah segalanya…

    Salam PErmisi…
