FEUD (PH) – “For The Sake of Unity” 7″!
FEUD were one of the most respected bands from the early 2000s of greater Manila hardcore scene. Starting out in 1997, the band were kicking thrashy socio-political SxEx hardcore in the veins of VITAMIN X and put out quite a number of recordings when they were active, including international comps such as Take No Heroes CD (2004) and Hardcore Attack – 6-Way Split-CD (featuring FASTGAME, SECOND COMBAT, UNDERFIRE, BETERCORE and KENTAL). The band split-up somewhere in 2008. There was a reunion show in 2010, I heard.
This 7″ gathers the songs off their For The Sake of Unity MCD, which was originally released in 2003 by TakeFour Collective. The songs are remastered with the vinyl coming in blue, red and black vinyl. The labels responsible for this reissue are Mutilated Noise Records & Still Ill Records.
