ENSLAVE (JP) / PAZAHORA (SG) Split-CD Out Now
Long-coming split-album by two bands from two countries who first met and admired each other during PAZAHORA’s Transcendence Japan Tour 2011.
ENSLAVE is a neo-crust crew from Tokyo with dueling male/female vocals, shredding melodic guitar lines with an eye trained towards modern European hardcore. Quite an original mix, and surely one for the younger kids who like their crust tech and clean with a bit of that chaotic edge.
Singapore’s PAZAHORA are no strangers to those who read thericecooker; one of the best crust bands in the region – dark, brooding and birthed in ripping d-beat but still melodious in execution.
Here’s a PAZAHORA track called Beneath the Daily Gridlock of W.O.R.K. from the split-CD
Four songs from each bands and released by Japan’s well-known and very much godly MCR.
*not sure how to get this in the region, apart from contacting PAZAHORA themselves: firstname.lastname@example.org
